By accessing and using Aahar-Daata, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Aahar-Daata provides a platform to facilitate the donation of surplus food from registered businesses to verified NGOs. We do not sell food products directly to consumers.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided, including the quantity, type, and safety of the food being donated. Corporate Sponsors are responsible for ensuring their CSR and payment details are accurate.

4. Modifications to Service

Aahar-Daata reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
