Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sponsorships & Donations

Aahar-Daata is a platform facilitating charitable contributions and sponsorships for logistics relating to food rescue operations. Because these funds are immediately allocated and utilized for critical logistics and NGO support, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a transaction is successfully processed.

All contributions, CSR sponsorships, and logistics funding made through our payment gateway (Razorpay) are final.

Exceptions

In the highly unlikely event of a technical error (e.g., duplicate charge for the same transaction), please contact us within 48 hours at contact@aahardaata.com. We will investigate the error with our payment gateway partner, and if proven to be a system error, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 5-7 business days.

Food Donations

For hotels and individuals donating physical food items, cancellations of pickup requests must be made directly through the dashboard before the NGO has dispatched a logistics partner. Since no monetary transaction occurs for physical food donation, no refund applies.
